Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP | AI Agents & Automation)
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a platform team building a next-generation AI-driven operations environment.This role is ideal for engineers who not only work with cloud and automation, but also build and leverage AI agents to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Essential functions
Design and evolve cloud infrastructure on GCP
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Drive automation initiatives, including deterministic automation using tools like Ansible, Rundeck, and Terraform
Identify opportunities to leverage AI for operational efficiency and workflow optimization
Contribute to AI-assisted tooling, including working with platforms such as Gemini, Copilot, or similar
Own and improve observability, monitoring, and system reliability
Work with containerized and Kubernetes-based environments
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize performance and scalability
Contribute to infrastructure and platform-level decisions
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with GCP
Solid expertise in Terraform and infrastructure automation
Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Rundeck, or similar)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Strong knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
Good understanding of Linux, networking, and distributed systems
Scripting skills (Python or Bash)
Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Loki, etc.)
Exposure to AI/ML concepts or AI-assisted engineering tools
Ability to identify and automate operational processes, including through AI-driven approaches
