Product Manager is responsible for leading complex data and analytics strategic project work as part of an Advanced Analytics & Automation team focused on enabling Staff Technology Solutions (STS) aligned data and analytics products. This role will work with multiple lines of business focused on the lifecycle of Location Data Products through partnership with a Staff Technology Solutions and functional business and analytics partners.

Essential functions

  • Lead and deliver complex data and analytics initiatives focused on data-as-a-product principles.

  • Align business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data and analytic solutions.

  • Develop and maintain data product roadmaps, ensuring quality, discoverability, and consistency.

  • Implement data governance and best practices across the product lifecycle.

  • Provide expert guidance on data architecture, integration, and master data management.

  • Act as a subject-matter expert for domain-specific data issues and drive cross-functional collaboration.

  • Identify capability gaps, mentor teams, and influence data strategy for enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in MIS, Decision Sciences, Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science or other similar fields

  • 8+ years of experience

  • Has strong programming skills in SQL and/or Python

  • Has strong experience using the AWS big data technology stack

  • Has extensive experience with Alteryx or similar ETL platforms

  • Has extensive experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools

  • Has some experience implementing data governance principles

  • Has experience working within the specific domain

  • Experience creating enterprise data flow Diagrams, enterprise data models, enterprise Data architecture diagrams, data catalogs and data dictionaries

  • Has experience with AWS big data technology stack and cloud-based architecture

  • Familiar with developing and implementing data models for analytic use
