Visual Designer

Essential functions

• Collaborative Design: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create high-impact, premium presentations aligned strictly with brand standards.

• AI Integration: Actively integrate cutting-edge AI tools into your daily design processes to optimize efficiency, automate workflows, and increase scalability.

• Brand Guardianship: Maintain a thorough understanding of design standards and strictly adhere to brand guidelines across all materials.

• Project Management: Multitask like a pro, managing multiple initiatives and tight deadlines simultaneously under pressure without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Have a solid understanding of PowerPoint and other presentation tools, particularly

• Google Slides and Google Docs

• Have mandatory hands-on experience with AI tools for presentation creation and workflow optimization (such as Claude.ai, Claude Design, Gemini, GPT, etc.)

• Be able to effectively integrate AI tools into daily design processes to improve efficiency and scalability

• Have expertise working under pressure and be able to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously

• Experience working with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite tools, especially Acrobat

• Maintain brand guidelines and a thorough understanding of design standards

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all brand presentations are of a high standard

• Have a strong eye for design and aesthetics to create well-thought-out presentations

• Desired work experience: 3–5 years or more
