Head of Product Management
Grid Dynamics is looking for an experienced, highly technical Head of Product Management to build a fully AI-native Product Management organization from the ground up. This hands-on leadership role will define how the company builds, manages, and scales products in the era of autonomous software development and agentic AI. This is a rare opportunity to define what Product Management looks like in an AI-native enterprise — operating at the center of the company's AI transformation and shaping its next generation of AI products, platforms, and delivery models.
The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership with hands-on experience in modern AI platforms, automation workflows, and agentic systems. The role oversees a portfolio of 10+ AI-related products spanning internal platforms, client-facing offerings, and open source initiatives, working closely with executive leadership, engineering, AI research, delivery, and go-to-market teams.
Essential functions
Build and lead the AI-native Product Management function, defining its processes, workflows, tooling, metrics, and operational standards
Own product strategy and execution across the AI product portfolio, including internal platforms, enterprise products, and developer tools
Partner with AI leadership on roadmap definition, prioritization, and execution
Establish AI-first approaches to product discovery, requirements generation, specification management, analytics, and experimentation
Apply AI automation across the PM lifecycle to increase speed, scale, and efficiency
Work directly with executive leadership on strategic AI initiatives
Collaborate with sales, delivery, marketing, and customer stakeholders
Build and mentor a high-performing PM organization over time

A scalable AI-native PM organization is established
The AI product portfolio is well-managed and coordinated as it grows
Product delivery and operational efficiency accelerate meaningfully through AI
Product strategy and execution are aligned across engineering, AI, and business
AI-native PM practices are widely adopted across the company
Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership responsibility
Proven track record managing multiple complex software or platform products
Strong experience with AI, Generative AI, and/or Agentic AI products
Deep understanding of modern LLM ecosystems, AI agents, and AI tooling
Hands-on use of AI automation platforms and AI assistants in daily work
Familiarity with the Anthropic Claude ecosystem and AI-native workflows is a plus
Ability to operate effectively in highly technical environments alongside engineering
Experience building new organizational functions or operating frameworks
Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and execution capability
Would be a plus
Experience with developer platforms, AI infrastructure, or AI coding systems
Experience with open source products or communities
Familiarity with autonomous software development and AI-native engineering
Experience scaling product organizations at high-growth technology companies
Technical background in software engineering or computer science
