Staffing Coordinator
As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll work closely with engineers to understand their strengths and help plan future project teams. This hands-on role involves regular interaction with employees, project managers, delivery managers, and other stakeholders. You'll develop management and communication skills while gaining insight into business process development.
Essential functions
Analyze upcoming positions and develop staffing plans
Gather information from engineers and delivery managers on a regular basis
Maintain and update corporate systems (Google Sheets and internal tools)
Collaborate daily with various corporate departments
Contribute to improving staffing processes
Qualifications
Experience coordinating people, facilitating, or organizing processes
Upper-intermediate English or higher (spoken and written)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical thinking and prioritization skills
Creative problem-solving
Decisiveness
Effective communication and relationship-building
Adaptability to changes
