Senior Quality Engineer with Java

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead automation testing efforts, with a particular focus on backend and API testing, to join our dynamic team in London.
About the Role:
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing our testing frameworks and processes. Your expertise in mobile automation—especially for iOS platforms—will help ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that make a real difference worldwide.
This hybrid role (office in central London) offers flexibility, combining remote work with on-site collaboration.
Essential functions
Develop, maintain, and own automated testing frameworks for backend and API testing
Design and implement robust test scripts
Analyze test run results to identify issues and areas for improvement
Write detailed bug reports and support their lifecycle management
Recommend process improvements to increase testing efficiency
Accurately estimate effort required for assigned tasks
Qualifications
Proven experience in automation testing, especially for backend and APIs
Strong knowledge of Java and experience with test frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit
Familiarity with Git version control
Understanding of CI/CD tools and pipelines
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Would be a plus
Mobile automation experience for iOS platforms is highly desirable
