Senior Service Designer - CSS/HTML, Figma Make, and Claude - Investment Bank
Grid Dynamics/JUXT is partnering with a Tier 1 investment bank, within its Production Management organisation, seeking a Senior Service Designer to create outstanding user-centred experiences. You’ll provide journey maps and service blueprints that put the user at the heart of the solution, lead the design effort, and promote cultural change across the organisation, managing stakeholder relationships and the overall user journey and elevating design standards and frameworks into the engineering teams’ workflows.
Essential functions
Crafting intuitive wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups in Figma that champion user-centred design principles; Collaborating with stakeholders through design thinking workshops and prototyping to translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions;
Conducting user research and usability testing and gathering feedback to ensure designs and technical implementation meet user needs;
Confidently articulating and presenting design concepts, strategies and user feedback to stakeholders at all levels;
staying current with service design trends and best practices and introducing innovative solutions that drive business growth and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Service Designer, driving business outcomes through innovative design solutions with development teams and stakeholders;
Strong expertise in creating journey maps and service blueprints that connect large, ambiguous requirements into a cohesive persona narrative;
Strong Figma skills for clickable prototypes and running in-person and remote workshops, presenting and reporting outcomes through analytics tools;
Demonstrated stakeholder management, conveying complex design concepts to audiences from technical experts to senior leadership;
Experience navigating and networking across an enterprise using internal and external resources;
Fluency in service design frameworks such as the Double Diamond.
Preferable: CSS/HTML, Figma Make, and Claude.
