Senior Staff Engineer

Hyderabad, India

Owns the technical vision, architecture standards, and client advisory relationship for GenAI/agentic engagements. Sets direction and prototypes hands-on, but does not carry day-to-day embedded delivery.

Essential functions

  • Build and maintain process and workflow automations with AI team.

  • Integrate automations with tools (ticketing, docs, CI, communication).

  • Test, document and support automations in use.

  • Track adoption and results.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of software engineering, 3 + year hands-on with LLM-based solutions.

  • Python and API integration experience; building automations across tools and systems.

  • Strong production grade solutions experience using GEN AI & Agentic AI

  • Strong LLM orchestration experience and knowledge with fine tuning.

  • Practical use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).

  • Nice to have: AWS Bedrock; MCP servers; C#/.NET working knowledge.
