Python Fullstack Developer

Essential functions

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications for AI-powered contract workflows.

  • Build responsive user interfaces for contract upload, search, review, comparison, annotation, approval tracking, and analytics dashboards.

  • Develop secure APIs and backend services to support document processing, AI inference, user management, workflow orchestration, and third-party integrations.

  • Create robust data pipelines for ingesting, parsing, indexing, and storing contract documents and related metadata.

  • Ensure applications are performant, reliable, maintainable, and scalable across enterprise use cases.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience, including full-stack application development.

  • 2+ years of experience building AI/ML, NLP, document intelligence, or LLM-based applications.

  • Experience working with contract lifecycle management, legal technology, enterprise document workflows, or contract analytics.

  • Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python, Java, Node.js, TypeScript, Go, or C#.

  • Front-end experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or Next.js.

  • Experience building REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, microservices, or event-driven architectures.

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, RAG pipelines, and AI orchestration frameworks.

  • Experience with document parsing, OCR, PDF processing, structured data extraction, or semantic search.

  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Elasticsearch.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Understanding of software security, privacy, access controls, auditability, and data protection requirements.
