Wroclaw, Krakow, Gdansk, Warsaw, Poland

Grid Dynamics is looking for a Legal Operations Specialist to join our International Legal Operations team. The role covers contract management, compliance, and legal support for Grid Dynamics’ international projects, with a focus on international commercial law, IP, and corporate practice.

You will review client and vendor commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, EU, Switzerland, India, and others), support negotiations, and work with our contract management system. You will also help keep internal policies up to date, research new laws and regulations, and support compliance across the company. You will also work on the team’s wider international matters in IP, corporate law, and insurance. You will work with business stakeholders, external counsel, and clients, with mentorship from senior members of the Legal team.

Essential functions

  • Support contract negotiations: review redlines, communicate with counterparties, and align positions with internal stakeholders

  • Meet with clients, external counsel, and other advisors to discuss contracts, related projects, and documentation

  • Maintain the company’s contract database in our contract management system, handle related requests, and help improve and automate contract workflows

  • Monitor new and changing laws and regulations in the countries where the company operates, assess their impact on the business, and recommend practical next steps

  • Research and analyze applicable law and turn findings into clear, practical guidance for the business

  • Draft, update, and maintain internal policies and procedures so they reflect current legal requirements and company practice

  • Support compliance activities, internal legal checks, and audits, and help prepare the related documentation

  • Assist with intercompany transactions and their documentation

  • Support corporate matters and projects in the countries where the company operates, including legal review and documentation

  • Contribute to IP protection and registration projects

  • Support insurance-related matters

  • Assist with other international projects the Legal Operations team leads or supports

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Law

  • 3+ years of experience in international contract management, legal consulting, or IT business consulting

  • Hands-on experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts

  • Experience researching laws and regulations and turning the results into clear guidance or internal policies

  • Professional written and spoken English, good enough to negotiate contracts and advise all levels of management

  • Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information, and the ability to explain legal risk in clear, business-focused terms

Would be a plus

  • Experience managing both client and vendor contracts, especially under US, EU, and UK law

  • Experience with corporate compliance programs, internal policy frameworks, or audits

  • Knowledge of general corporate practice, commercial contracting and subcontracting principles, and basic accounting and finance concepts

  • International law degrees or certifications, especially from EU or UK jurisdictions
