Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Appian Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise applications using the Appian low-code platform. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Appian SAIL, Process Models, Records, Expressions, Integrations, Web APIs, SQL and application deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop applications using the Appian low-code platform.
Develop Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, Records, Expressions, Rules and Reports.
Build business workflows and process automation using Appian.
Develop integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
Work with Appian Data Fabric / Record Types and enterprise data sources. Appian Documentation
Develop and optimize SQL queries and database integrations.
Configure application security, user roles, groups and access controls.
Troubleshoot application issues and perform performance tuning.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing and deployment.
Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams and other developers.
Support CI/CD and deployment across development, testing and production environments.
Follow Agile/Scrum development practices.

Candidate Profile
3+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.
Strong understanding of BPM and workflow automation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently understand requirements and convert them into Appian solutions.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
