Location- Bangalore/Hyderabad

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or Advanced Analytics.

  • Demonstrated experience building and deploying ML models into production environments.

  • Proven experience handling large-scale enterprise datasets.

  • Experience delivering business outcomes through predictive analytics and AI solutions.

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Python

  • Pandas

  • NumPy

  • Scikit-Learn

  • XGBoost

  • RandomForest

  • LightGBM

  • PyTorch and/or TensorFlow

  • SQL

Experience with:

  • Time-series forecasting techniques

  • Statistical modelling

  • Feature engineering

  • Model evaluation frameworks

  • MLOps practices

AI & GenAI Skills

Hands-on experience with:

  • Large Language Models (LLMs)

  • RAG architectures

  • Prompt engineering

  • Vector search

  • Embedding models

  • Agentic AI workflows

  • LangChain

  • LangGraph

  • LangSmith

  • AutoGen or equivalent frameworks

Essential functions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building forecasting models in financial, operational, planning, supply chain, treasury, payments, banking, or risk domains.
  • Experience developing decision intelligence or optimization platforms.
  • Familiarity with Monte Carlo simulation, scenario analysis, and probabilistic forecasting.
  • Experience with Power BI and executive analytics.
  • Experience working within regulated enterprise environments.
  • Experience building multi-agent AI systems and orchestration frameworks.
