About the session
SpecFlow is Grid Dynamics’ open-source answer to harnessing autonomous, AI-native software development. It takes teams from specification through code, testing, and deployment with minimal human intervention, and does it repeatably, at production grade.
In this session, the team building SpecFlow will show:
- How spec-driven workflows and structured agent orchestration reliably produce complex artifacts: modules, subsystems, and full applications
- What the platform can do today, demonstrated live
- What’s coming next: the near- and long-term roadmap for autonomous development
You’ll see the system run, hear how we built it, and debate the possibilities and pitfalls moving forward.

Who’s in the room
Dynamic Talks brings together engineers, architects, and technology leaders across the Bay Area who care about how systems are designed, built, and scaled, alongside AI community members who keep the questions sharp.
Past sessions have drawn senior engineers, VPs, CTOs, and solutions architects from companies operating at enterprise scale across retail, manufacturing, finance, and technology.
Grid Dynamics CTOs stay for the entire discussion, and everyone is encouraged to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and bring their own stories.
The format
Each session starts with a concise technical talk grounded in real-world implementation. Then the room opens up: Q&A, panel reflections, and moderated discussion. The goal is a shared exploration of ideas, trade-offs, and challenges with people working on the same problems.
