MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer. This role focuses on designing, developing, testing, documenting, deploying, and supporting high-quality technical solutions on the MSD 365 CRM Platform. The developer will be expected to integrate CRM with other applications, implement best development practices, and maintain efficient architectural designs.
Essential functions
Design and implement scalable solutions using MS Dynamics 365 CRM Platform.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external applications via real-time or batch processes.
Utilize plugins, PowerAutomate flows, and JavaScript to enhance functionality.
Apply best practices for code reusability and efficiency.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing demands.
Participate in project implementations, support, and operations.
Work independently in complex environments.
Stay updated on new features in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
Mentor junior developers and guide them through project tasks.
Coordinate with stakeholders and developers to provide technical support.
Qualifications
8-10 years in the CRM industry
5-6 years in Power Pages implementation
Dynamics CRM versions 2013, 2015, 2016
Azure integration and service management
Strong .NET and JavaScript development skills
CRM workflows using .NET components
Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, TFS)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Would be a plus
Secure access control configuration
Integration with Power Platform services
Mentorship and team coordination skills
