Operations Lead
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with global and regional teams and support functional leaders in HR, finance, legal, and procurement. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, compliance with local regulations, and driving continuous process improvements across the organization.
Essential functions
Collaborate closely with global and regional teams, supporting leaders in HR, finance, lega, and procurement to ensure best practices and compliance with local regulations.
Support and advise functional leaders in HR, finance, legal and procurement on operational matters to maintain compliance and promote efficiency.
Manage relationships with a wide range of local vendors and service providers, including banks, accounting agencies, legal services and suppliers essential to daily operations.
Negotiate and coordinate contracts with vendors, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Enhance procurement processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing internal workflows.
Lead financial planning and budgeting activities on a monthly and annual basis to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports, monitoring expenses and enforcing cost control measures across all operational functions.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement across various departments to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement local marketing strategies that align with global brand requirements.
Oversee the planning, coordination and execution of internal and external events.
Qualifications
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of finance, procurement and compliance requirements.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams across regions.
Highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Would be a plus
Experience in event planning and marketing strategy implementation is a plus.
