Digital Twin Engineer/Architect
We are looking for a Digital Twin Engineer/Architect to lead the development of high-level system design and digital twin strategy. In this role, you will define an architecture that accurately models real-world CNC machines, robotic arms, and factory environments using NVIDIA Omniverse. The project aims to enable smarter load balancing, predictive maintenance, and scheduling optimization within a live production environment.
Essential functions
Architect a real-time digital twin ecosystem using Omniverse Kit and USD framework;
Lead modeling of physical assets and systems with precision and scalability;
Develop simulations for factory layout in Omniversel;
Define data flows from physical systems (e.g., SCADA, PLCs) to the digital replica;
Establish and enforce best practices for digital twin lifecycle management;
Qualifications
3+ years in system architecture for industrial systems or simulation platforms;
Proficiency with Omniverse Kit, Isaac Sim, and USD;
Strong Python programming skills;
Strong knowledge of CAD formats, 3D rendering, and scene graph management;
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, Modbus);
Excellent leadership and documentation skills.
