HR Systems Manager

We are looking for HR Systems Manager who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the HR information systems of the organization. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date.

Essential functions

  • System Administration: Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and configuration of the organization's HR systems, including performance management, compensation, and other related systems. 

  • Data Management: Manage the accuracy, completeness, and security of HR data within the organization's HR systems.

  • System Enhancement: Analyze HR business processes, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes and optimize HR systems.

  • Implementing new systems and upgrades: The HR systems manager is responsible for implementing new HR systems and upgrades to existing systems.

  • Training & Support: Train HR team and employees on the use of HR systems and provide ongoing support to ensure system adoption and effectiveness.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports and conduct analysis on HR data.

  • Project Management: Lead HR system implementation projects (system upgrades, integrations, and new system implementations), including project planning, resource allocation, and project tracking.

  • Collaborating with other departments: The HR systems manager works closely with other departments to ensure that HR systems are integrated with other systems and processes.

  • Vendor management: HR systems manager works with vendors to resolve issues, and ensure that systems are updated and maintained properly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR systems administration and management: SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.

  • Strong technical skills in HR systems

  • Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with data analytics and reporting

  • Vendor management experience

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
