Senior .NET Engineer
We are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join dynamic teams working on large-scale, high-impact projects across healthcare and wealth management industries. You will work with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies and .NET-based systems, contributing to modernization efforts, cloud migration, and AI integration initiatives within private equity-backed firms and large US corporations.
Essential functions
Develop, modernize, and maintain high-throughput applications processing millions of transactions daily.
Migrate and refactor legacy applications to microservices architecture on Microsoft Azure cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Kanban or Agile environments to deliver high-quality solutions.
Integrate new AI capabilities into client-facing CRM and financial applications, including connection to external AI systems via RESTful APIs.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and testing to ensure code quality, scalability, and security.
Support and enhance cloud data lake platforms and transaction processing systems.
Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and UI/UX teams to understand and implement business requirements.
Qualifications
Strong experience with .NET and C#.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud architecture principles. Other cloud experiences such as AWS and GCP are also considered.
Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
Ability to work effectively in small, agile teams with Kanban or Agile SDLC processes.
Familiarity with microservices and DevOps best practices.
Strong verbal English and excellent communication skills.
Would be a plus
Experience with Angular or AngularJS.
Knowledge of AI integration techniques and external AI system APIs.
Background or interest in fintech, wealth management, or healthcare domains.
Understanding of financial instruments and markets is a plus.
Previous experience in a Team Lead or Tech Lead role.
