Senior Data Scientist

Essential functions

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML systems, including predictive models, NLP, computer vision, optimization algorithms, and GenAI solutions

• Develop, train, and deploy ML algorithms in production using Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

• Work with LLMs in real-world applications: semantic search, prompt engineering, multimodal embeddings, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

• Build and maintain REST APIs and integrate ML models within microservice architectures

• Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for model deployment, monitoring, and scaling

• Interact with SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Snowflake, and Databricks

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist

• 2/3+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable AI solutions (Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, Optimization, NLP, Computer Vision, GenAI).

• Proficiency in developing ML algorithms from scratch to production deployment.

• Strong programming skills in Python/Java/C# with knowledge of ML libraries ( PyTorch / Tensorflow).

• Experience in microservice-based architecture, REST API, Kafka

• Proven expertise in deploying solutions in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)

• Knowledge in applying LLMs (semantic search, prompt engineering, multimodal embeddings, RAG).

• Working experience in SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Snowflake, Databricks).

Would be a plus

• Experience with Big Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka is a plus.
