HR Administrator (B2B Contractor Operations)

We are looking for an experienced Contractor Operations Specialist to support our Polish offices.

Essential functions

  • Supporting operational topics related to B2B contractors 

  • Verification of documentation needed for initiate cooperation under B2B contract

  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and HRIS updates are completed and up to date

  • Prepare and issue B2B contracts, contracts extensions, annexes, termination letters

  • Manage and verification of service work hours, reviewing and distributing B2B contractors invoices

  • Support break of service settings for B2B contractors

  • Coordination of Background checks 

  • Implement necessary updates in policies and procedures

  • Serve as a point of contact regarding operational matters

  • Analyze data to identify trends and changes for contractors legal environment, and make recommendations for improvements

  • Conclude operational trainings if needed 

  • Perform data audits for internal and external needs

  • Collaborate with other departments 

  • Promote a positive environment within the organization

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations with main focus on B2B area

  • Solid experience in support of cooperation with B2B contractors 

  • Experience with B2B invoice management and service work verification

  • Details oriented 

  • Experience with background checks

  • Knowledge of legal aspects of cooperation with B2B contractors 

  • Fluent English

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and meticulousness

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow through as well as team-work

  • Excel / Google sheets practical knowledge 

  • Previous experience in using tools:  BambooHR / Workday / Jira / Office or Google Workspace
