HR Business Partner
Grid Dynamics is looking for a creative HR Business Partner to join our HR team in Armenia. It’s an exciting time to join us as the company continues its extensive development.
Essential functions
Partner closely with delivery and engineering managers
Run the performance review process and support managers and employees at every stage
Advise managers on employee development and help build personal development plans for soft skills
Monitor attrition risks and work with managers to address them once identified
Adapt and support the onboarding program for new hires
Run training sessions on internal systems, processes, and soft skills
Track HR metrics that affect employee engagement and share findings with the relevant managers
Work with the global HR team to create and maintain HR processes and policies, globally and regionally, as we update existing processes and launch new people-focused initiatives
Help organize internal events
Work with the global HRBP and Compliance teams
Handle employee communications and provide HR consulting across the organization
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in IT companies, covering onboarding, performance reviews, professional development, and culture and engagement
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-moving environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A service-oriented, results-driven approach
Fluent English
A positive attitude, maturity, and a readiness to take on challenges
