Stanislav is the Search/ML Software Architect at Grid Dynamics, with over 12 years of experience developing product discovery systems for prominent retailers. He has also accumulated more than 7 years of experience working on various machine learning and deep learning projects. Stanislav is passionate about ML, IR, and robotics, and he has been an integral part of the Grid Dynamics team since 2012.

Will Diaz is the Global Partnership Director for Google Cloud at Grid Dynamics, where he leads the company’s worldwide partnership strategy, joint go-to-market initiatives, and co-innovation programs with Google Cloud. With more than 15 years in enterprise technology and cloud, Will has built and scaled strategic alliances across the hyperscaler ecosystem, previously working for companies such as Google, Cisco Meraki, SoftLayer, and Rackspace. He specializes in aligning business and technical stakeholders to help organizations modernize digital platforms, operationalize data, and deploy AI solutions that deliver measurable commercial impact. At Grid Dynamics, Will has played a key role in elevating the company’s relationship with Google Cloud to managed partner status, expanding the alliance internationally, and launching joint industry solutions across retail, consumer commerce, and digital engagement. His work focuses on helping global enterprises improve customer experience, search and discovery, and revenue performance using Google Cloud data and AI technologies. Known for bridging the gap between executive strategy and technical execution, Will regularly works with Google field teams, partners, and Fortune 500 customers to develop scalable adoption paths for cloud and AI.
