Challenge

We are a web-based tech company from the Netherlands working with local advertising agencies. We wanted to expand our team in order to achieve more flexibility, but finding skilled developers locally was hard and expensive, which is why we decided to try a virtual arrangement.

Solution

We contacted Grid Dynamics with the purpose of hiring one engineer. We were also working with an Indian provider at that time, but since we weren’t satisfied with the quality of their work, we decided to add more people through Grid Dynamics.

Outcome

Now, our team consists of six developers who have built a great number of websites and online stores for our clients using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. Grid Dynamics has been able to find the right people within two-week periods whenever we needed additional staff. They take good care of the developers we have hired with them. If we ever had an issue with one of our engineers, Grid Dynamics has always been fast to handle it.
