Lead Java Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Development Tech Lead to join our dynamic team and help drive a critical blueprinting initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java Microservices and Microsoft Azure, along with excellent client communication skills. This role requires close collaboration with an architect and key stakeholders to ensure technical success.
Essential functions
- Lead the development efforts and provide technical guidance on the blueprinting initiative
- Collaborate closely with the project's architect to ensure the successful execution of technical deliverables
- Maintain clear and professional communication with the client
- Take ownership of technical design and contribute to architectural decisions
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java Microservices
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Strong software design and development background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Initiative, reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism
