Mid-level UI/UX Designer
Grid Dynamics, a global software services company driving enterprise-level digital transformation solutions for Fortune 1000 corporations, is seeking a UI/UX Designer. In this role, you will collaborate closely with industry experts from around the world to create innovative and user-centric design solutions.
Essential functions
Prepare a comprehensive design handbook with detailed suggestions and improvements within the first 2–3 weeks
Build design systems and ensure consistency across multiple applications
Work closely with marketing or product leads
Qualifications
Proven experience in designing UI/UX for trading or financial platforms
Ability to analyze and audit multiple platforms from the same client to unify design, logic, and workflows
Strong background in user research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluation
Skilled in design tools with Figma and/or others, like Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment
Availability for partial overlap with Chicago (CST) time zone to sync with the team
Able to work independently, take ownership of design decisions, and iterate quickly
