Video Content Producer
Video Content Producer is an important, newly created role at Grid Dynamics, and the person filling this role will report to the Marketing Design Lead. As a member of the marketing team, the Video Content Producer will create video content in various forms to promote our brand and the services we provide to clients. This includes videos for internal employee communications as well as external communications targeting prospective clients, investors and talent. The person we’re looking for will have the experience, assertiveness, and perseverance required to take ownership of video projects and lead them to completion.
Essential functions
Working closely with internal project leaders and subject matter experts to craft video content that meets their vision and project objectives
Following inputs such as scripts, outlines, video examples, and creative briefs to create video content; Ability to self-start with creative ideas and concepts
Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer for editing
Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music, writing and recording voice-overs
Inputting still and motion graphics to enhance footage
Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file
Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage
Creating transitions, animations and collaborate with design team to develop motion graphic assets and templates
Communicating effectively with a product ownership team and marketing team
Organizing and managing all audio and video assets to ensure a smooth workflow
Consulting with stakeholders from pre-production through post-production process
Working effectively with team members to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets
Working effectively with local and global marketing team members as well as clients’ team members
Working and consulting with the Grid Dynamics Social Media Strategist on social media platform maintenance leveraging best practices for video content
Reviewing work for quality and completeness prior to presenting new or updated edits
Leverage analytics and AI-driven tools to optimize video performance and personalize content
Ensure all content meets accessibility, localization, brand, and legal standards
Rapidly prototype and iterate content in an agile marketing environment
Training and assistance to other team members
Actively participating in meetings and discussions
Participating in interviewing and training new candidates and team members
Performing all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager diligently, on schedule, and to the highest standard
Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience in video production, video editing and a portfolio showing a range of video content examples
Proficiency in all aspects of video production from pre-production concepting and planning to post-production techniques needed to complete professional quality projects—includes all physical and digital tools, systems, and software needed for professional video production
Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
Proficiency with current video production tools, AI-powered editing, and video analytics platforms
Deep understanding of social media and paid advertising video formats for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other B2B channels
Multitasking skills for working with team members and crew on production shoots
Multitasking skills to manage multiple projects in various stages of production
Creative thinking with an excellent eye for detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients and members of the production team
Physical ability to set up, take down, move and hold recording equipment for extended periods
Solid knowledge of video platforms like YouTube and Vimeo - YouTube Certified required
Desire to work on hybrid mode and travel occasionally for on-site shoots as needed
