Senior Golang Developer
We’re seeking a Back-End Developer (Golang) to lead the design, development, deployment, and operation of high-performance microservices using modern DevOps methodologies. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team—collaborating closely with Product Owners, Front-End Engineers, Designers, and BI specialists to deliver scalable and high-quality software solutions.
Essential functions
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of microservices—from architecture and design to development, deployment, and operations—while applying best practices like DevOps, pair programming, and CI/CD
Collaborate effectively in an agile, cross-functional team, bringing a solution-oriented mindset and ensuring smooth coordination across disciplines
Develop a deep understanding of the client’s core product and system architecture, serving as a technical advocate and offering mentorship and support to your peers
Build scalable, event-driven systems using cutting-edge technologies such as Golang, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and more
Qualifications
Proficiency in Golang and/or PHP, with flexibility to work across multiple languages
Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
Experience building event-driven systems using message brokers like RabbitMQ and Kafka
Strong knowledge of relational and search databases, particularly PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch
Skilled in implementing CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment and integration workflows
Solid understanding and practical use of TDD, BDD, DDD, and distributed system design patterns
Would be a plus
Familiarity with e-commerce and subscription-based businesses
