We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to lead a Poland-based engineering team delivering complex data integration and publication solutions in close collaboration with US-based architectural leadership.

Location: Warsaw or Krakow, Poland (Hybrid)

Essential functions

  • End-to-End Agile Delivery: Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and maintain Jira/Confluence workspaces.

  • Delivery & Governance: Own project roadmaps, milestones, scope changes, budget tracking, and proactive RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management.

  • Tooling: Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence for roadmapping, dependency tracking, and workflow management.

  • Project Governance: Experience managing project scope, timelines, release planning, and proactive RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

  • Languages & Location: Fluent Polish (C1+) and fluent English (C1+); ability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw or Krakow.

  • Cross-Cultural & Time-Zone Alignment: Proven ability to bridge local Polish delivery teams with international stakeholders and architects across different time zones (e.g., US East Coast).
