Payroll Specialist
Grid Dynamics is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Payroll Specialist to join our expanding team. This is an exciting time to join our company as we continue our significant growth trend. You will be critical in managing payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely employee compensation, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will provide valuable expertise, data-driven insights, and guidance to optimize payroll processes and support the organization’s overall success.
Essential functions
- Preparation and control of monthly payroll settlements
- Coordinate with the internal stakeholders (HR, employees, etc) to resolve any issues related
- Cooperation with the accounting department in the area of payroll documents and calculations
- Handling employee inquiries regarding compensation
- Support during internal and external audits
- Administration of B2B contractors' invoices
- Support during payroll data migration and in-house payroll implementation process
- Perform payroll-related cost allocation for corporate reporting on a monthly basis
- Participate in SOX control procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience (experience in Polish payroll calculation is a must)
- Knowledge of Polish labor law and social security regulations related to compensation
- Ability to work with Enova payroll system and Płatnik
- Very good knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel
- Higher education in relevant fields (e.g., HR, Finance)
- Upper intermediate or higher level of English
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Would be a plus
- Experience in e-banking systems
- Experience in the process of payroll in-house implementation and data migration
