Senior UI/UX Designer

Wroclaw, Krakow, Gdansk, Warsaw, Poland

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to help shape modern web-based products and improve digital client onboarding experiences within a large-scale enterprise environment.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual and interaction design skills with strategic product thinking and experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Essential functions

  • Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for web-based applications

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements

  • Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and UI concepts

  • Translate business needs into clear and user-friendly design solutions

  • Contribute to feature definition and support backlog refinement activities

  • Ensure consistency by following and contributing to established design systems

  • Participate in discussions around UX improvements, usability, and accessibility

  • Support testing and validation activities to ensure high-quality user experiences

  • Work closely with cross-functional and global teams throughout the product lifecycle

  • Help identify opportunities to improve workflows and overall product usability

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications

  • Strong experience working with enterprise or corporate design systems

  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and FigJam

  • Solid understanding of:

    • Interaction Design

    • Information Architecture

    • User Journey Mapping

    • Wireframing & Prototyping

    • Human-Centered Design

    • UX/UI best practices

  • Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail

  • Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

  • Previous experience in FinTech, financial services, or enterprise products is a plus

Would be a plus

  • Experience working on onboarding platforms or workflow-driven applications

  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise products

  • Exposure to global or distributed teams
