Senior/Lead UX/UI Designer
We are looking for a UX Designer to join an innovative project focused on AI-driven app generation within a multiplatform ecosystem. In this role, you will shape the user experience of an intelligent app generator that enables users, including those without deep programming expertise, to create fully functional applications with ease. You’ll work from concept to implementation, ensuring a smooth and intuitive developer and creator experience.
Essential functions
Collaborate with AI engineers, mobile experts, and product managers to translate complex functionality into accessible and responsive user interfaces.
Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Ensure an intuitive, efficient, and engaging developer experience.
Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering insights to continuously refine designs.
Partner with engineering teams to align design solutions with evolving AI capabilities.
Contribute to design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and discussions around AI-powered tools.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for complex software products, preferably in developer tools or visual design software
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Experience working effectively in distributed, cross-functional teams
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
Would be a plus
Familiarity with AI-assisted development, low-code/no-code platforms, or generative AI tools
Experience designing for multiplatform frameworks such as Compose Multiplatform or Kotlin-based ecosystems
Background in developer experience (DX) design or projects targeting technical audiences
