Business Analyst / Product Owner
We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner to join a team building modern AI-powered software solutions. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between product stakeholders and engineering teams, transforming business needs into clear technical requirements while helping teams leverage AI to accelerate software delivery.
Essential functions
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Work closely with Claude AI agents to accelerate development workflows
- Create and manage Jira stories with sufficient technical context
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, UX)
- Help implement AI-driven automation across the product development lifecycle
Qualifications
3+ years experience in technical product management or business analysis
Experience with AI tools, particularly Claude or similar LLM platforms
Strong understanding of software development processes
Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
Experience with Jira and agile methodologies
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation concepts
English B2
Preferred Skills
Healthcare industry experience
Experience building or working with AI agents and skills
Knowledge of modern software architecture (microservices, API-first design)
Background in technical writing or documentation
