Senior Business Analyst
Grid Dynamics is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a project in collaboration with a high-profile client operating a large-scale automotive digital marketplace.
Essential functions
Own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of a major product or customer experience
Define and drive long-term product vision, balancing customer needs, business goals and technical feasibility
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, data, sales and marketing teams to deliver measurable outcomes
Lead roadmap planning, prioritization and stakeholder alignment across the organization
Drive innovation through research, experimentation, testing and iteration
Act as the voice of the customer to ensure exceptional user experiences and strong adoption
Mentor and coach Business Analysts and cross-functional team members
Communicate product vision, strategy, and performance clearly to executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
5+ years of business analysis/product management experience in SaaS, digital platforms or customer-facing products
Proven track record of defining strategy and delivering high-impact products end-to-end
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and business teams
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data, research and market trends
Experience navigating complex product decisions and aligning cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Growth mindset with a passion for mentoring and developing others
Would be a plus
Experience with product growth strategies (conversion, engagement, retention)
Familiarity with analytics platforms, experimentation tools and modern product management toolkits
Experience working with ads and/or e-commerce platforms, particularly in user acquisition
Hands-on experience with CRM tools
