Essential functions

• Lead and manage the testing process, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with the overall software development life cycle.
• Implement diverse testing methodologies to guarantee robust and thorough testing.
• Perform manual testing for web applications, APIs, and validation of requirements.
• Develop, organize, and maintain test documentation, including reports and user testing workflows.
• Take charge of setting up and overseeing the testing process, ensuring it is efficient and effective in dynamic environments.
• Engage regularly with clients to understand their needs, adjust testing strategies accordingly, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed test documentation, review requirements, and generate thorough bug reports.
• Utilize tools such as Postman and/or Proxyman for in-depth API testing and network analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the software development process and life cycle.
• Proficiency in manual testing for web, API, and requirements validation.
• Ability to create and manage test documentation, reports, and user testing workflows.
• Experienced in setting up and managing the testing process.
• Extensive experience with Postman and or Proxyman.

Would be a plus

• Experience in frequent client communication and adapting testing processes to align with client requirements.
