We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management group in NYC. Our team supports millions of customers in connected commerce across the technology hub. Essential functions
- Work closely with the client and internal team to understand their needs and ensure successful product delivery.
- Identify, de-duplicate, and enrich customer data for better personalization.
- Collaborate with the development team to detect and resolve issues.
- Ensure the product meets the client's requirements and high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to report on progress and gather feedback.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate data products with other systems.
- Monitor the product development lifecycle and implement improvements as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on MDM best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant innovations into the product.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Product Management.
- Experience in building a Customer Master.
- Ability to identify, de-duplicate, and enrich customer data.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery and VertexAI.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in using data analysis and visualization tools for better decision-making.
