Embedded C/C++ Engineer
We're looking for an experienced embedded software engineer for a short-term consulting engagement. This is a research and advisory role — not a development position.

Explain constraints you work within — compliance requirements, certified toolchains, RTOS environments
Help us understand the "why" behind the status quo, not just the "what"
Participate in structured interviews or workshops (remote, flexible scheduling

5+ years of hands-on embedded C/C++ development experience
Background in a larger company or as a supplier to one (automotive, industrial, consumer electronics, medical, or similar)

Experience with RTOS usage, low-level hardware interaction, and peripheral-heavy development
Familiarity with real-world compliance, requirements management, or certified tooling environments
Ability to reflect critically on tooling and processes — not just describe them, but explain why things are the way they are
