Grid Dynamics is hiring a Senior Full-Stack developer with NodeJS, AngularJS, ExpressJS and MongoDB. This is a full-time hybrid position in Belgrade or Novi Sad with a permanent employment contract.
Our client is operating in employee benefits management service domain and is collaborating with a large portfolio of US companies with headcount up to 300k employees. Grid Dynamics team will be developing a product that will go through the following stages of product/system development:
1. Initiation (business idea, technology identification etc.)
2. Governance (roadmap, business case, capacity forecasting etc.)
3. Plan/design
4. Development
Essential functions
- Develop clean, modular, and reusable code
- Innovate and enhance on-site functionality
- Communicate effectively across desks, teams, departments and directly with the client
- Participate in agile development processes in SDLC, including sprint planning, iterative development, estimations, and design session.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in NodeJS is required for building scalable backend applications
- Experience with AngularJS to create responsive user interfaces
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB for designing and managing NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with ExpressJS for routing, middleware, and API development
- English at a B2 level or higher for effective team communication
