Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Grid Dynamics, a global software services company driving enterprise-level digital transformation solutions for Fortune 1000 corporations, is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer. Essential functions
Develop and fine-tune NLP models with a focus on LLMs and real-world applications
Build and optimize RAG-based systems for semantic search and document understanding
Apply advanced AI/NLP techniques to extract insights from unstructured text
Integrate LLM solutions into scalable applications and services
Work with vector databases for embedding search and retrieval
Deploy models and pipelines on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions
Qualifications
Proficiency in Python for backend development and data processing tasks
Hands-on experience with OCR tools (Optical Character Recognition)
Proven ability in building and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
Expertise with cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Practical experience working with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
Strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Working knowledge of RESTful API design and development
Would be a plus
Experience with demand forecasting projects in production in enterprise scale
