.Net Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365
We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise to join our engineering team. You will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable web applications, owning the full development lifecycle from requirements analysis through to production deployment. You'll work in a collaborative, Agile environment where clean architecture, code quality, and continuous improvement are central to how we work.
Essential functions
Participate in the design and development of web applications from requirements analysis to production
Continuously improve software quality through code reviews, refactoring, testing, and adoption of new tools and technologies
Analyze and enhance application performance and scalability
Identify and implement simple, effective solutions to complex technical challenges
Collaborate within an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment, contributing to innovation and team success
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience developing and deploying production-level applications
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Experience working with Microsoft Azure (at least 6+ months on a project)
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles
Experience with unit and integration testing
Familiarity with MySQL and general system engineering concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Good communication skills and English proficiency (both written and spoken)
Would be a plus
Experience with advanced Azure cloud services and architecture
Exposure to performance optimization and system scalability practices
Experience working with enterprise-level applications
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Previous experience in complex system integrations
