Technical Writer
We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team and create thorough, user-focused documentation for a client-facing application, covering all user flows, features, and UI elements, ensuring clarity and ease of use for onboarding, end-user support, and integration with AI-powered help tools.
Essential functions
Learn the application thoroughly to accurately document all user flows, features, and UI elements.
Develop clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation that can be used for onboarding new users.
Ensure documentation is comprehensive and easily navigable, with the ability to deep-link content from any part of the application.
Anticipate and address potential end-user questions, as this documentation will also be used to train our Slack AI chatbot for support purposes.
Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of the development process and software life cycle.
Knowledge of UX.
Analytical skills
Ability to set up test documentations, user workflows
Desire and experience of frequent communication with the client and adjusting documentation according to the client's fast-changing requirements.
Familiarity with writing documentation, requirements review.
Would be a plus
B/A experience would be nice
