Full Stack Developer (Go/Java+React)
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. You will work on designing and implementing scalable backend services and modern frontend applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability. You will be part of a team building systems that handle large-scale, low-latency workloads with a strong focus on distributed databases and cloud-native architecture.
Essential functions
Design and implement scalable backend services using Go or Java.
Develop and optimize APIs for high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
Design CockroachDB schemas, indexes, and transactions for horizontal scalability and strong consistency.
Profile and tune system performance across databases, networks, and services.
Implement robust observability, error handling, and graceful degradation strategies.
Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate React-based user interfaces.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and operational best practices.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Go or Java, including concurrency and network programming.
Hands-on experience deploying and operating services in Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of distributed databases, preferably CockroachDB.
Proficiency in performance profiling, load testing, and building fault-tolerant architectures.
Experience with analytical databases such as Vertica, Snowflake, Cassandra, or PostgreSQL.
Experience with frontend development in React.
