Senior Python Developer

Essential functions
Refactor and optimize the existing solution to ensure scalability, stability and production readiness.
Design and implement Prompt Engineering libraries or plugins that enhance response quality and consistency through reusable prompts, templates, and best-practice guidance.
Conduct performance tuning and testing (including large-payload processing and performance-testing scripts) to ensure complete and reliable response delivery.
Develop strategies to address token-limit constraints, enabling complex, context-rich interactions without functional degradation.
Extend support for additional file formats, including XML, HTML, HAR, and other non-standard structures, beyond existing Microsoft document formats.
Apply multi-vector retrieval techniques to improve data handling efficiency and enhance tool functionality on large-scale datasets.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
Proven track record in developing and refactoring scalable, robust solutions in production environments
Experience working with GenAI/LLM frameworks and techniques (e.g., guardrails, LangChain, etc.)
Would be a plus
Strong experience with GenAI components, like vector databases (e.g. Cosmos DB, FAISS etc)
