Senior Oracle Database Developer
At Grid Dynamics we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Oracle Database Developer to join our dynamic and collaborative development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys solving complex data challenges, optimizing large-scale systems and contributing to meaningful solutions that ensure compliance and transparency in operations.
Essential functions
Design, develop and maintain robust database solutions using Oracle PL/SQL.
Optimize and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, functions and stored procedures.
Collaborate closely with other team members in an agile environment.
Ensure high standards of data integrity, performance and scalability.
Participate in different activities such as code reviews, sprint planning and technical discussions.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Database Developer.
Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL, database schema design and performance tuning.
Experience working with large-scale enterprise databases.
Familiarity with Agile development practices and modern SDLC tools.
Strong English proficiency for working with global teams.
Would be a plus
Experience with ODI (Oracle Data Integrator).
Background in financial technology, banking or wealth management systems.
Excellent verbal communication and collaboration skills.
