QA Engineer (Mobile testing experience)

Buenos Aires, Argentina

We are looking for a skilled Sr QA Engineer with good Mobile testing experience, for a big chain of stores, which sells pet products, services, and more.

Essential functions

  • Solid experience in mobile test automation for iOS and/or Android, using frameworks such as Appium (or similar), with solid understanding of mobile-specific testing challenges.

  • Proven ability to design and maintain scalable automated test suites in Java, including functional, regression, and integration tests for mobile applications.

  • Hands-on experience validating API integrations and backend dependencies supporting mobile apps, and collaborating closely with developers to ensure end-to-end quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in mobile quality assurance and test automation for iOS and/or Android, using tools such as Appium (or equivalent mobile automation frameworks).

  • Strong programming skills in Java, with experience building and maintaining reliable, reusable mobile automation frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and executing mobile tests on emulators, simulators, or real devices.

  • Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, API integrations, and end-to-end testing strategies in agile development environments.

  • Leadership experience.
