Python Fullstack Developer

Essential functions

• Strong oral and written communications skills are required. Able to write solutions documents / upload and manage all work in JIRA.

• Working familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle including version control, build process, testing, and code release.

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

• Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Ability to multi task and handle multiple competing priorities with minimal direction.

• Must work well within a team in a fast-paced high-performance organization.

• Must have 5-8 years of experience.

• Foster partnerships with system analysts, architects, developers, and product owners to ensure alignment and reduce product risk throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• You are proficient in a modern programming language, ideally Python and Pydantic, and you have experience with JSON RESTful API development with FastAPI/Flask.

• Hands on experience with GenAI tools like ChatGPT, CoPilot, Aider, Cline etc.

• Experience working with Agentic frameworks

• Experience in Vector ( Nice to have - Graph DB's such as Neo4J).

• Full Stack ( React ) experience preferred.

• Strong in OOP concepts and design patterns.

• You have strong experience with Agile development incorporating Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, utilizing technologies such as GIT, Jenkins, Sonar, JUnit.

Would be a plus

• Strong in understanding and writing SQL.

• Good experience in DevSecOps, secure code delivery, automated code security scanning tools.

• Able to create simple test plans and write quality thought-out test cases.

• Log software defects in the standard defect tracking tool and collaborate with the development team for resolution.

• Manage environments, perform application deployments, and troubleshoot issues.

• Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including data setup and support activities.

• Conduct walkthroughs of QA test results with business partners as needed.

• Develop simple new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
