HR Administrator

Belgrade, Serbia

We are looking for an experienced HR administrator or HR Operations Specialist with a solid knowledge of Serbian labour law to support HR processes in Grid Dynamics Serbia.

Essential functions

  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records: updating and processing employee benefits, employment status and similar records

  • Assisting in development, implementation, and maintaining the employee handbook, HR policies, and procedures

  • Preparing, amending and maintaining all employee documentation and employee personnel files

  • Updating internal HR databases and tools

  • Administering the compensation and benefit program

  • Maintaining compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations

  • Assisting payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

  • Answering employees’ queries about HR-related issues

  • Communicating with external partners and vendors

  • Providing administrative support for HR department

  • Providing support to the onboarding process

  • Providing administrative support to the Global Mobility Department

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field of study (preferred)

  • 2+ years experience as an HR administrator 

  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Office and Google Office

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with change in a highly dynamic environment

  • Positive attitude, personal maturity, readiness to deal with challenges

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

  • Service and delivery approach

  • Fluency in the English and Serbian language
