8+ years of professional experience in UI and API test automation (Playwright is must).
Should be able to lead entire Ford team (Proven team handling is required)
Proven hands-on expertise with Playwright, including test automation for end-to-end (E2E), integration, and performance testing.
Experience with visual and snapshot testing for UI validation.
Demonstrated experience leading accessibility testing initiatives using automated tools.
Strong grasp of QA methodologies, test case documentation best practices, and release lifecycle management.
Proficient in JavaScript, with hands-on experience in modern development workflows.
Solid understanding of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) practices.
In-depth knowledge of software QA tools, processes, and testing strategies.
Familiarity with both object-oriented programming (OOP) and functional programming principles.
Practical experience working in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
Good understanding of the code review process and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, with at least intermediate-level proficiency in spoken English.
