MLOps Engineer (Databricks)
We are looking to experienced MLOps Engineer to strengthen production deployment and operational excellence for ML and LLM applications. This role is focused on production engineering—more than general data science.
You’ll be a key contributor to the deployment lifecycle of models and large‑language‑model apps in modern, cloud‑native environments.
Essential functions
Deploy ML models and LLM applications in Databricks and AWS, supporting both batch and real‑time use cases.
Take ownership of the deployment lifecycle: from packaging, CI/CD, and infrastructure provisioning to runtime operations and monitoring.
Design and implement production‑grade solutions using Databricks, AWS, Kubernetes, and relevant web frameworks.
Manage secrets and secure access using Vault or AWS Secrets Manager, ensuring strong operational security.
Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable delivery of AI features.
Qualifications
Hands‑on experience with Databricks—deploying or serving ML models, building pipelines, or administrating workloads.
Strong Kubernetes fundamentals; comfortable with cluster resources, deployments, Helm, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Docker containerization and building images for ML/LLM workloads.
Practical use of CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions for automating tests, builds, and deployments.
Experience with AWS services relevant to ML deployment and operations.
Knowledge of secrets management—AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault, or equivalent—and secure authentication patterns.
Would be a plus
Prior exposure to Delta Lake or similar lakehouse storage, especially within Databricks or Spark environments.
