Build, structure, and guide technical teams, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and alignment with project goals.
Plan, monitor, and control all delivery phases — from initiation and development to testing and deployment — ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Use modern tools for work tracking and project management (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Asana) to plan, track progress, and report outcomes.
Apply and promote quality management practices using tools and processes such as test management systems, CI/CD pipelines, and code review standards.
Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies while maintaining accurate forecasts and regular status reporting.
Ensure full ownership of delivery and engagement performance, representing the company in front of the client.

Foster a strong engineering culture focused on quality, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
