Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner
We are looking for Senior Business Analyst who will play a critical role in bridging business and technical teams, ensuring the right use cases are defined, business impacts are quantified, and improvements are fast-tracked to stabilize and optimize search relevancy.
Essential functions
Search & Data: LucidWorks, ElasticSearch, Solr, ACES & PIES fitment data
Cloud & Processing: GCP, Apache Spark
Business Focus: Search relevancy, customer conversion, automotive retail
Qualifications
Must Have:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise-scale projects
Proven ability to quantify business impact of technical issues (conversion, sales KPIs)
Experience documenting and analyzing complex rules and logic (e.g., search, indexing, fitment data)
Excellent stakeholder management skills, bridging business and engineering teams
Strong facilitation skills to run interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
Ability to work under tight deadlines with structured documentation and clear outputs
Would be a plus
Strong experience defining and prioritizing search use cases and UX flows
Previous experience in automotive retail or similar B2B/B2C e-commerce
Knowledge of ACES & PIES data standards for automotive fitment
Familiarity with search engine technologies (LucidWorks, ElasticSearch)
